Adding check for jira-IDs in epic name if added to the title

Sometimes the importer fails when trying to find the epic from Jira in GitLab.

Enabling Jira issue ID's to be added to the title of the issues and epics, and then searching for these unique IDs (if the option was enabled) removed all of our errors in this regard
