[Feature request] Remove the need for Groups.py to be modified for every distinct import

Every time we create an import for a new group, we need to modify the groups.py to specify which Jira Projects we want to extract epics from. This should be modified to look at the projects defined in the config, and use the Jira Project names from here to handle the lookup
