Make the UI less ugly

The UI is currently function over form, but will be seen by an upcoming customer when we live demo this tool. Since I am no UX expert, it would probably be good to clean up the UI/UX a little bit to make it more presentable.

This is a nice-to-have but obviously not required before we have to demo this tool
