Rationale: Looking to get more context into customer usage of Plan features and how we can better integrate/communicate how solving the technical issues fits into the wider plan and context. I have a background in Agile methodologies, but I want to bridge the gap between GitLab and those methodologies so I can better understand how folks use GitLab to solve problems.
