Derive the repository-kind totality tests from one exported source of truth

👋 Hi @jdrpereira! I've triaged this issue and applied the following labels:

  • type::maintenance — This issue describes a refactoring task: consolidating the RepositoryKind constant set into a single exported source of truth and deriving all totality tests from it. There is no new user-facing functionality and no runtime defect being fixed — it's squarely tech-debt reduction and test-coverage hardening.
