Update Mattermost to 5.7.1

Harrison Healey requested to merge mattermost/omnibus-gitlab:mattermost-5.7.1 into master

Mattermost 5.7.1 contains mostly bugfixes, however it also contains a security fix that is being backported to 5.6.4 and 5.5.3, so expect to receive MRs for those as well shortly. The full changelog it is available here.
