Prepare 10.2.5-ee Omnibus Release
I am using a preparation MR in the style of CE/EE.
@winh I only merged 10-2-stable-patch-5 into this branch 10-2-stable-ee-patch-5 which was branched off of 10-2-stable-ee.
I am not 100% sure but it seems like there are a lot of version bump commits (e.g. to openshift-template.json) that are pulled in that should have been pulled in before if we were releasing omnibus-gitlab correctly. Is that your reading?
So this MR is now bringing 10-2-stable-ee up-to-date.
