Updated Mattermost to 4.3.1 for GitLab 10.1

Mattermost 4.3 has been tested with GitLab SSO with official release on October 16 from https://about.mattermost.com/download/. Mattermost team is ready to test GitLab 10.1 omnibus RC for both upgrade and new install.

Full release notes can be found here. There are no config changes for Team Edition this release.

There are security updates in Mattermost 4.3.1 affecting Team Edition so upgrading is recommended.

As mentioned in #2886 (closed), the web app code in the Mattermost package moved from the webapp directory to the client directory, so I've updated the config script to pick up the new files. I left the old copy command in since it appeared like it might be possible to specify an alternate version of Mattermost (since it has a default_version constant and a different version variable when it's downloading Mattermost).

Hopefully this is still in for time for GitLab 10.1
