Consider official support for SELinux
It's hard to know how large of a population of users we have installing on SELinux, but it does come up fairly frequently. You can take a look at our current SE Linux issues here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/issues?scope=all&utf8=✓&state=opened&search=selinux
We should consider official support, as this does come up fairly often and we probably have a much larger set of users than is indicated in the issues. (Since it mostly works.) We run the risk of breaking things if we do not test, and potentially taking architectural decisions that could be expensive to change course on if they conflict with SELinux.
Either way, we should clarify our stance and document it.
