Bad update link in omnibus package install

When visiting our GitLab installation help page (http://example.com/help) there is a link for updating GitLab which points to http://example.com/help/update/README.md

This link points to manual installation update guides (the ones directly using git to update gitlab). Since GitLab was installed using the omnibus package, this link should point to the omnibus update guide: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/blob/master/doc/update.md
