Openshift template, detect hostname

Openshift will autogenerate a hostname for the route if we don't provide one when filling in the template. Which works great except for the fact that our clone urls in GitLab end up not being correct if you don't pass the template a static hostname.

We should look into having the gitlab container grab it's hostname from the route on start.
