Unable to addthe repository directory

I follow instruction in [document]: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/blob/master/doc/settings/configuration.md#storing-git-data-in-an-alternative-directory

But i am getting this error i am not able to understand what is wrong. Os : Centos 7
