Make sure that package clears up after itself after uninstall

Once a user triggers uninstall using the package manager on the OS, package will only remove the files that were in the package. Everything else that gets created with the reconfigure run gets left behind. This is not good and needs to be resolved properly.

Investigate a way of doing this without users requiring extra commands to cleanup and uninstall.
