Follow-up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/-/issues/6348. We currently provide packages for Raspberry Pi OS (previously Raspbian) Buster (32 bit). Now that Bullseye is out, we should think about providing packages for that too.
