In order to use [Pandoc](https://pandoc.org) to implement the Jira Markdown converter pipeline (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/31156), we would need to get Pandoc installed via the various GitLab installation methods - omnibus - docker images - source install - gdk What's the feasibility of this?
