Change file encoding, 500 error

I change file encoding. And I can't see the commit view.

Encoding Error

Page can't be loaded because of an encoding error.

it's the location of github, that's normal. https://github.com/wudimenghuan/testgit/commit/8a5d3ea43e476d3879a196c164525adb42332466 I think GitLab should fix this bug to support encoding changing.
