Mattermost: Cannot uninstall

I installed mattermost in my omnibus install, but messed up the hostname.

To fix and have it re-auth itself as OAuth app I wantes to reinstall it by removing the config settings.

I did not succeed, mattermost did not reinstall and re-auth afterwards.
