Getting Error at the gitlab backup

Hi,

I did run the below command it works and it says gitlab reconfigured!

sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure

Summary

I'm facing error when I'm running the backup command.

Steps to reproduce

When you run the command: sudo gitlab-rake gitlab:backup:create STRATEGY=copy, you are able to reproduce the issue.

Relevant logs

I'm getting the below error in the middle of backing up:
