gnutls_handshake() failed: Handshake failed

When I try apt-get update

Firts point I don´t use proxy, VPN or anythink, direct connection

This on Ubuntu server 14.04 in its standard installation, only with gitlab installed

The version of openssl provided by ubuntu is 1.0.1f, I believe the problem must be related to the cipher.

I believe that this error started on 12/2/2020 before that was OK.
