Administrators and users can no longer change the name of users

Administrators and users can no longer change the name of users.

The following description contains the procedure for the administrator and the user . For normal users the field where the name can be changed is grayed out. Is this problem known, or can it be solved by certain settings?

Steps to reproduce

For the Admin

• Click on Admin-Area-> Users -> Account -> name
• Try to change the name
• Save the changes

For the User

• click on Profile -> edit Profile -> main settings -> name
• try to change the name
• save the changes

What is the current bug behavior?

A user name is to be changed in the admin interface. After the name has been changed, the process is saved. The saving process is confirmed by the message "User was successfully updated". The field still contains the old name.

What is the expected correct behavior?

In the Admin-area any user name can be edited. After the name has been changed, the process is saved. Then the field contains the new name.
