Possible fixes

I have tried to mark the repository as trusted : deb [trusted=yes] https://packages.gitlab.com/gitlab/gitlab-ce/ubuntu/ bionic main but didn't seem to fix the issue. At the moment, the only workaround is to manually download the packages and install them.
