Ship gitlabsos with Omnibus

The support team has created https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/toolbox/gitlabsos, which is a little Ruby script that bundles all the important logs/information for a GitLab instance.

I think it makes sense to ship this with Omnibus. Then all customers could run a standard command to collect logs and send them to us.
