Mattermost logging incorrectly

The issue I have is that mattermost is logging to /var/log/gitlab/mattermost/mattermost.logmattermost.log Yes, I typed that correctly, the file name is being appended twice. It's quite odd. I still had a mattermost.log file but it had been replace after 5/22 I believe.

1. gitlab-ce 9.5.1-ce.0

2. # mattermost['log_file_directory'] = '/var/log/gitlab/mattermost'

3. For me this is an upgrade

4. Ubuntu 16.04 VM I've been running just gitlab+mattermost on for a while.
