Postgresql down
Hey,
i installed Gitlab CE on a Debian 7 server but postgresql seems to be down. I followed the instructions on from this page https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/ but I'm getting a 500 when visiting the site.
Output of gitlab-ctl status

down: postgresql: 1s, normally up, want up; run: log: (pid 9035) 2719s

Output of sudo gitlab-rake gitlab:check
[deprecated] I18n.enforce_available_locales will default to true in the future. If you really want to skip validation of your locale you can set I18n.enforce_available_locales = false to avoid this message.

I found issue #169 (closed) had nearly the same problem, but df -h outputs
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/vzfs 48G 1.2G 47G 3% /
so it should not be a problem with my storage.
Thanks for your help!
