Debian 8 on armhf - Latest available Gitlab version is 8.5.0

I'm using a Debian distribution (not raspbian) on a armhf architecture, which means I should use the raspberry pi2 packages (https://packages.gitlab.com/gitlab/raspberry-pi2). correct me if I'm wrong.

Now, my issue is that all newer version of Gitlab (>8.5.0) are made for raspbian and not debian. Any plans for making debian packages again?
