Patch ncurses to compile with gcc 5

This is needed in order to be able to build GitLab omnibus on Ubuntu 16.04 #1224 (closed)

omnibus-software already has the patch in a newer version: https://github.com/chef/omnibus-software/blob/master/config/patches/ncurses/ncurses-5.9-gcc-5.patch
