Two things to note:
- Let's break down Slack-powered access request ticket creation by completing the tech breakdown ticket first. We should add what we can directly into 15.11 with the intention to complete as much as possible in 15.11
- I added a few of the onboarding Service Desk issues in priority order at the end of the workflowready for development list.
