Decide on suffix truncation experiment

Problem to solve

We have been running the suffix truncation experiment since 2023-08-14 (MR). We since have collected enough acceptance rate data to assess which experiment wins. Removing experimentation code will also reduce complexity and maintenance cost moving forward.

Proposal

Obtain acceptance rate data and confirm which if suffix truncation helps to improve acceptance rate.
