This issue was generated to track a recurring Duo Workflow Service error pattern that was surfaced by grafana-alert issues.

Pattern: AttributeError: 'UnsupportedParamsError' object has no attribute 'response'

Error handling code reads a response attribute from a LiteLLM UnsupportedParamsError that does not have one, so an AttributeError is raised and hides the original error.
