Show the first token latency in the LangSmith Experiments

Problem to solve

We currently show the latency as the completion of the response in the LangSmith Experiments, however, latency as the first token of the response is a more important metric to gauge the UX impact. Missing this metric is hard to find a pattern of change like this example.
