feat: Demo Config Builder UI

No one knows how to construct configuration files for CEF (not even contributors to promptlib)
Proposal
Make a basic UI that allows people to build a config with some basic defaults.

This issue will be capped at the first iteration of getting the UI merged. This can be done quickly because this code has been written, sadly subsequent weeks have made this UI out of date as the primary interface to prompt library has changed so much (and without versioning) that this UI is already out of date.
