Manage::Optimize OKRs for Q3/23

Summary

This issue will be used to draft the Shared OKRs for FY23 Q2 for groupoptimize. We share one issue between PM, Engineering, and UX as these OKRs are often related and require input and participation from cross-functional team leaders as well as visibility across Product Groups.

The OKR planning issue for the Manage Stage contains the cascaded Product OKRs relevant to the Manage Stage. We need to collaborate to create OKRs for Optimize that align with the overall OKRs.

Proposed OKRs

  1. Objective: Increase VSM maturity [GitLab Hosted First] & [Extend our lead in CI/CD]

    • KR: Increase adoption to 190K GMAU.

    • KR: Advance the category maturity of VSM to Viable.

      Actions:

      • Usability improvements.
      • DORA customizable reports.
      • Marketing awareness.

  2. Objective: Increase GitLab VSA Dogfooding [Improve Key workflow usability]

    • KR: Adding 5 VSA feedback issues as a result of Dogfooding.

    Actions:

    • Publish 1 case study speed-run on groupoptimize custom value stream.
    • Have Dogfooding coffee chat with 5 other PMs.
