Manage::Optimize OKRs for FY23 Q2

Summary

This issue will be used to draft the Shared OKRs for FY23 Q2 for groupoptimize. We share one issue between PM, Engineering, and UX as these OKRs are often related and require input and participation from cross-functional team leaders as well as visibility across Product Groups.

The OKR planning issue for the Manage Stage contains the cascaded Product OKRs relevant to the Manage Stage. We need to collaborate to create OKRs for Optimize that align with the overall OKRs.

Proposed OKRs

1. Objective: Increase VSM maturity
   • KR: Display All 4 DORA metrics in the VSA Overview Stage.
   • KR: All 4 DORA metrics will have overtime charts.
   • KR: Complete a CM Scorecard study with at least 3.14 score when tested with internal users.
2. Objective: Dogfooding VSA for "group::optimize"
   • KR: Update new stages for groupoptimize custom value streams.
   • KR: Review the VSA page on the weekly meeting and in the retrospective process.
   • KR: Close 10 VSA Usability improvements issues based on Dogfooding team feedback.
3. Objective: Prepare for mega-growth

• KR: Add 1 database reviewer
  • This will upskill the team and help us tackle any scaling challenges we may face in the future
• KR: Error budget is green for 2 weeks of the quarter
  • This will tell us we are getting closer to a reliable and performant experience
• KR: Define an internal Community contribution process for easy and efficient contributions
  • This will hopefully increase our value over time as contributions and usage can end up being a cycle of improvements
