Stretch Goal(s)
- Create service classes for project-level push rule actions
- Optional enforcement of SSH key expiration
- Add delete button to GPG keys view in the Admin Credentials Inventory
- Add revoke and delete button to GPG keys view in the Admin Credentials Inventory
- Add a resolve Jira Association button to Merge Requests (assuming blocker is resolved)
- Add ability to add an "Approval Gate" approval rule to a Project
- Execute Approval Gates webhook on MR change
- External MR Approval API to accept callbacks from Approval Services (with buy-in/confidence from engineering this can be done in same milestone as gitlab-org/gitlab#267517 (closed))
