Improve organizational view of OKRs

Need to have a clearer understanding of how OKRs connect from very top to bottom and how this maps to GitLab org. For ex, is engineering the org right under CEO? And is the Dept right under that? And then x team a level below? A person without context would not know. Should be clearer regardless of where you land. So, we should know how any objective/KR connects to anything above and below in hierarchy
