Appetize Integration

Building off of the Apple App Store and Google Play integrations, we should consider creating an integration for Appetize to make it easy for folks to setup Review Apps for Mobile

Looking at the setup instruction, there could be a way to make it easy to configure the feature via the UI. The inputs could be:

• APPETIZE_API_TOKEN
• REVIEW_APP_ARTIFACT_PATH
• Android / iOS toggle - to load the appropriate CI template
