How do you remove a gcloud service account?

I'm really liking that I can configure this via gitlab but I'm wondering how I actually remove a Google Cloud Service account? I've found the matching variables but I'm not sure where else to find it.
Feature Details
Can we make it so that it is easier for owners / maintainers to remove service accounts which then goes and cleans up the variables?
Impact
It's more confusing than anything and I don't know how to completely revoke a google cloud configuration for a specific environment / branch.
