Job Map for Growth Team
I drafted and the UX team helped validate a high level Job Map for Growth. This is different from a buyer journey because it focuses on tasks but doesn't delve into decision process, pain points or emotional aspects.
### What is this document for?
GitLab uses the JTBD framework to describe the "jobs" or higher level goals users want to accomplish that GitLab attempts to solve for them.
We use JTBD in UX Scorecards ([example](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-design/-/issues/1023)) but it's often difficult to understand the right level of granularity at which to write a JTBD or evaluate a task given the bigger picture.
We also want a place to see overall how UX Scorecards are performing.
