Update the customer portal checkout page to allow subscription and billing information input
The checkout page in the customer portal currently does not ask the user for their billing address, which we need to process their credit card. It also currently does not allow the user to switch plans or edit their number of licenses.
Several of these problems have already been addressed as part of the Customer Portal Pajamas redesign.
- We can build on this work by having the user fill in their billing address (and not just confirm it) as part of the checkout and allowing the user to switch plans and edit their number of license.
- We should also explore asking for company information (company number, number of employees, company location) as part of the checkout or as a step just before checkout.
