[SPIKE] Determine how to programmatically collect is_creating_ios_app

Problem

We need to understand what the user is doing inside of their application in order to best guide them on how to integrate with GitLab.

We should programmatically collect the task a user is performing with their code, this spike is to determine how to do that programatically.
