[UX] Update continuous onboarding to use invite for help flow

Problem

In continuous onboarding we link users to an issue which requires more reading and understanding before action can be taken. Instead, we could take users directly through the flow.

Hypothesis

Directing users to invite a colleague to help them with a specific action will increase the overall number of users in the project.

Requirements

Update the below link for 50% of new namespaces to direct users to the invite for help flow.

Proposal

Instead of directing a user to an issue that teaches them how to invite a colleague, we give them the invite modal with the option to invite for help, so that they can take action right on the spot.
