Research Optimizely to identify any data sent to 3rd parties
If we were to look at using Optimizely, or any other off the shelf tool, we first need to know whether the tool is self contained or configurable in a way that we can be sure we are not violating our privacy policy or related commitments made to our community.
To rule Optimizely in or out of the conversation, we need to determine whether any data is sent to third parties, and if so whether we can disable this through configuration.
