Summary

We’d like to gather the members of the Growth teams in order to align the team on the mission of Growth and collaborate on an initial feature set. The majority of the team are new members and we aim to build strong relationships and improve our ramp up time.

  • Strengthen team cohesion
  • Review data accessibility
  • Reach shared consensus on the measure of success for each growth group
  • Ensure core measures of success are available in Periscope/Pendo
  • Create A/B test
