OKR

Objective 1: Drive new team to aha moments and optimize signup flow

  • KR1: Add structured events (or other approach determined to give the highest confidence with least dev investment) to the trial and registration flows to understand drop off and completion rates

Objective 2: Scale-up PQL and feature discovery moments and improve purchase experience

  • KR1: Implement 5 member limit on the free SaaS tier with a goal of 6/22 rollout

  • KR2: Generate X number of hand-raiser PQLs

  • KR3: Launch X experiments aimed at improving conversion rate (billing discoverability & checkout flow)

  • KR4: Implement tracking for self-managed purchase flow
