Objective 1: Drive new team to aha moments and optimize signup flow
- KR1: Add structured events (or other approach determined to give the highest confidence with least dev investment) to the trial and registration flows to understand drop off and completion rates
Objective 2: Scale-up PQL and feature discovery moments and improve purchase experience

KR1: Implement 5 member limit on the free SaaS tier with a goal of 6/22 rollout
