Send the renewal email to the invoice owner for reseller deals
Problem Summary
With the implementation of revoking access to end-users in reseller deals, the customer cannot/shouldn't respond to calls to action that directs them to the customers portal as they no longer have access.
The impact of this is that customers create support tickets and are confused (and sometimes frustrated) by getting emails they can't take any action on. This also creates a bad experience for the reseller who aren't privy to the notifications that their customers are receiving from us.
Proposal
Today, the renewal email still goes out to the bill to/sold to contact on the quote, which is the end-user. There should be a setting to change this to the invoice owner when working with reseller deals. Alternatively, the system should detect the deal being via a reseller and be able to make the change automatically.
