Add start a trial option in top right drop down
Hypothesis
Some free users struggle to find where to start a trial within their account.
Supporting data
When a net-new user signs up for GitLab.com account they have to find their way to either their group billing page or within user settings and then to billing to find links that will take them to the customer app where they can start a trial.
Design
If an eligible user (free or early adopter with the permissions set that makes them eligible to start a trial) selects the top right dropdown then they will see an additional option to start a trial in the menu list. If they select this 'start a trial option' the they will be directed in a new tab to the customers app into the start a trial flow.
