Link to customers portal in renewal banner
Problem
Self-managed customer suggested adding the link to the customers portal in the warning banner on their instance, because they only go to the portal once a year and often forget where to go and sometimes go to gitlab.com instead. Several customers have mentioned they share this confusion.
Proposal
Add a link to the customers portal in the renewal banner.
Result
Customers have a clear understanding of where to go to manage their license.

Redesigning the banner and experience is out of scope for this item. We have this issue to update the look and feel of the experience in a future iteration: product#102 (closed)
