Remove duplicate trial banner CTA from group billing page

Problem

Currently, if a user navigates to the group billing page we display two trial CTAs which detracts from the user experience.

solution

We should remove the top banner trial CTA.

out of scope

We understand this page needs more work to convey the value of the trial and give the user the ability to upgrade, these larger issues will be addressed in #27 (closed)
