Enhance the Cancel Reasons in the Cancel Flow
The cancel reasons that we expose in the cancel flow could use some additions so we can get a better sense of the drivers of cancellation.
- Add the following additional fields to the flow:
- Price too high
- Decided to use free
- Consolidating subscriptions
- Lowering seat count
- Purchased the wrong subscription
- Add a default off "I'm open to a conversation" option to this form so we can follow up with users. Could specify that we are only interested in product improvement feedback only, not to try and upsell you.
