Correctly Record Original Seats and Original ARR for "renewal_processed" Action

Problem:

As part of our reporting for #42 (closed) we are recording various actions and the original/new counts for seats and ARR.

The renewal_processed action appears to be recording the current counts instead of the original counts, however.

If you look up order id 16636 you can see the amendment was created with an original count of 10 seats and 2280 arr. If you look up the renewal_processed action for 16636, the original value is showing 20 seats and 4560 arr.
